Andrew Flintoff has signed a 3 year one-day contract with Lancashire. Flintoff will not appear in the LV County Championship.
Phil Mustard has signed a one year contract extension with County Champions Durham. The wicket-keeper will now remain at the Riverside until at least 2012.
Sussex have confirmed an interest in Monty Panesar. The spinner who lost his central contract with England, has only a year left on his contract with Northamptonshire.
The traditional season opening match between the MCC and current Championship winners may take place in Abu Dhabi. The match may also include pink balls as part of an ongoing trial.
